The Asia Pacific Property Awards are the regional arm of the International Property Awards, one of the most established recognition programmes in global real estate. Crucially, judging is independent of the developer. Winning the Pakistan title in the Mixed Use Development category means Oasis Tower was assessed against its national peers and came out on top for the 2026/27 cycle, a verdict reached by people with no stake in the project.
