Breaking ground in DHA-1

ARC Developers officially broke ground on Oasis Tower, marking the start of construction on the company's flagship development in DHA Phase-1, Islamabad. The ceremony brought together the ARC leadership, project partners and early investors on site.

02

The project at a glance

Oasis Tower is a seven-storey multipurpose development spanning 28 Marla. The ground floors carry premium commercial shops designed for maximum frontage and visibility; the middle floors hold modern corporate offices with natural light and high-speed connectivity; the upper floors are dedicated to elegantly finished studio and one-bed luxury apartments.

Our commitment extends beyond constructing buildings; it is about delivering on our promises with unwavering dedication, on time, every time.

Why DHA approval matters

The project carries full DHA approval, the strongest regulatory assurance available to an investor in Islamabad's private development market. Approval means title, planning and construction standards have been vetted by the authority before a single unit was offered for sale.

04

Built in the open

In keeping with ARC's transparency practice, the build will be documented continuously: progress updates on the Live Construction page, and regular walkthroughs streamed on the company's official YouTube and Facebook channels. Investors can watch their floors rise in real time.

05

Early-investor window

Bookings opened with structured, investor-friendly instalment plans. As with every ARC project to date, pricing steps up as construction milestones are reached, the groundbreaking marks the most favourable entry point.

Foundation and ground-floor structure work began immediately after the ceremony and remains on schedule.
