The milestone
The complete reinforced-concrete skeleton of Pearl Boulevard, all seven storeys on a 1 Kanal plot, is now standing, finished on the date committed to investors. The building has officially moved from structural work into its finishing phase.
What "grey structure" actually means
Grey structure is the load-bearing frame of a building: foundations, columns, slabs, beams and block walls, before plaster, glass, services or finishes. For an investor it is the single most de-risking milestone, the costly, weather-dependent, engineering-heavy work is done, and what remains is fit-out.
“A grey structure completed on schedule is the clearest progress report a developer can give. Everything that follows is finishing.

What comes next
Finishing work, facade glazing, electrification, plumbing, vertical transport, common-area finishes and unit handover preparation, is scheduled to commence next. Each finishing package moves the building visibly closer to opening day.
The offering
Pearl Boulevard is designed as a complete commercial destination: ground and lower-level retail for high-footfall brands, purpose-built clinic floors for doctors, dentists and diagnostics, corporate office space for SMEs, and a dedicated food court level for restaurants and cafés.
Sister project keeping pace
27 ArcLink, rising in the same commercial cluster, has also reached grey-structure completion, with interior fit-out and facade work now in the planning stage. The two projects share infrastructure, footfall and an investor base.
The investment window
With structural risk behind it and finishing ahead, Pearl Boulevard sits in the phase investors tend to value most: visible certainty at pre-completion pricing. Flexible payment plans designed for SMEs remain available.
